1. Information we collect

Account information (name, email), subscription and payment references processed by our payment provider (Razorpay), broker connection metadata required to operate supported integrations, and platform usage records such as strategy configurations, signals, orders, and logs.

SSalgo never asks for or stores your broker password. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and never touch SSalgo servers.

2. How we use information

To operate the platform, execute your configured strategies, provide support, process subscriptions, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

3. Data retention

Account data, strategy configurations, and logs are retained while your account exists. Expired subscriptions do not cause deletion of your saved strategies or logs.
